Affiliate Therapists — 1099 Independent Contractors

Build an independent practice with the support of an established clinical community.

  • Qualifications: Fully licensed Maine LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT.
  • Flexibility: Set your own schedule with onsite, hybrid, or remote options.
  • Practice support: Referrals, billing, credentialing, and administrative services.
  • Community: Optional consultation, training, and professional collaboration.
  • Caseload: Minimum average of 10 client hours per week.

Full-Time & Part-Time Clinicians — W-2 Employees

Provide thoughtful, sustainable care within a supportive clinical team.

  • Qualifications: Fully or conditionally licensed Maine mental health clinicians.
  • Schedule: Primarily in person, with some telehealth flexibility. Full-time includes 20–25 client hours per week.
  • Compensation: Paid clinical and administrative time.
  • Clinical support: Weekly supervision, peer consultation, training, and professional development.
  • Benefits: Paid time off, health insurance and stipends, and professional development funding for eligible employees.
