About the Workshop Series
This five-part ecotherapy series invites participants to reconnect with the natural world as a mirror for inner balance, resilience, and renewal. Each session offers a structured, therapeutic space grounded in evidence-informed ecotherapy and guided by the Facilitated Wave Model (Assessing, Matching, Shaping, Facilitating, Evaluating).
Through a blend of somatic and sensory practices, participants will explore how aligning with seasonal rhythms supports emotional regulation, cultivates steadiness through transition, and strengthens presence—both personally and professionally.

Drama Therapy Workshop for Mental Health Professionals

Overview
This evidence-informed, experiential workshop introduces the foundations of drama therapy—the
intentional use of drama and theatre processes to support therapeutic goals, as described by the North American Drama
Therapy Association. Participants will explore creative, embodied methods to enhance engagement, self-expression, and
healing in clinical practice across individual, group, and community settings.
Who Should Attend
Licensed and pre-licensed mental health professionals, expressive arts practitioners, and
graduate students interested in creative and embodied approaches to therapy.

Connection, Community, and Processing through Expressive Therapies

When: Starting Tuesday, December 16, from 3:00–4:30 PM, ongoing biweekly on Tuesdays
Where: Art of Awareness — Hybrid (in-person or virtual)
Cost: $25 per class (self-pay; not billable to insurance)
This 90-minute expressive arts class offers adults a creative third space—a restorative setting beyond work and home life—to slow down, connect, and process life experiences through art therapy. Guided art-making and reflective discussion will support emotional exploration, community connection, and balance through creativity.
In a supportive and inclusive environment, participants will cultivate self-awareness, belonging, and inspiration through shared creative practice.
